Healing isn’t about erasing what happened. It’s about making space for joy, connection, and a life that feels like yours again.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that the ways we learn to survive often make sense in the context of what we’ve experienced. Therapy is a space to understand those patterns, work through what continues to feel unresolved, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship and attachment wounds, intimacy concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Rather than relying on one approach for every person, I integrate evidence-based and experiential methods, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), ERP, CBT, ACT, and other trauma-informed somatic approaches based on your needs, goals, and readiness.
At Quiet Tide Therapy, I intentionally offer a more personalized approach to care. That may mean going deeper than traditional weekly therapy, incorporating intensive work when appropriate, or simply having the time and space to understand the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. There is room for humor, curiosity, honesty, and being human here. You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need or having the perfect words for what you’ve experienced.
Sometimes healing is less about becoming someone new and more about finding your way back to yourself.
A quieter place to do the deeper work.
